By partnering with leading UK-based brands across categories like software, office supplies, marketing tools, and travel, MyStartup acts as an affiliate gateway — connecting startups with the tools they need to grow, at a fraction of the cost.
With a clear mission to “turn your spending into profit,” the platform empowers budget-conscious founders to reduce overhead while maintaining access to premium services. MyStartup approached us to design a platform that was intuitive, trustworthy, and conversion-driven — capable of serving both pre-launch entrepreneurs and scaling businesses.

Simple sans-serif typography for a tech-forward, clean aesthetic

Challenges
1. Balancing Simplicity with Transparency
While the platform operates as an affiliate model, it needed to avoid feeling like a coupon site. The key was positioning MyStartup as a curated tool for founders, not a deal farm.
We addressed this by:
Emphasizing “partner brands” and “exclusive startup offers” over general coupons
Clearly disclosing affiliate use, but framing it as win-win (“you save, we earn a small commission”)
Avoiding ad-heavy layouts or upsells that could damage trust
